I'm coming off of several 8-10% ABV beers and want to do something completely different. Any proven recipe's out there for a 3-4% beer, with the main characteristic is that it be very easy to get down?

The second beer I ever brewed was a Porter from an extract kit. Ended up right around 4% ABV, and was extremely smooth going down and very tasty.

I don't have an exact recipe, I just thought I'd throw a porter out there as a style worth checking out.

ordinary bitter or mild in the 3.5% range - so refreshing.

marris otter - EKG hops - British ale yeast that drops out.
