Cheesecake and Beer

Made a cheesecake today from scratch (Junior's NY style topped with raspberries and a raspberry/apricot glaze). Recipe from GMA Recipe: Junior's Famous No. 1 Cheesecake, with some slight tweaks (1 extra block of cream cheese to make it thicker and more delicious). Should go great with my black chocolate stout! :ban:

P.S. I've also got a rack of country style ribs slow cooking in the oven!

i like plain cheesecake and a bottle of sam adams cherry wheat. they go together pretty well IMO.

Deschutes, I think,, and HomebrewChef keep talking about a hopped cheesecake but I never get any details or recipe information.

Must find.
