how much headspace do you want to leave in kegs when natural carbing? i know when bottling its the magic 2 inches

You will probably have 2-3 inches left when you transfer your beer into the cornie. I think you will be fine with 1-3 inches. The other difference with Kegging, is you are going to purge the oxygen from the keg, and add 15psi of pressure before natural carbing begins.
