In my brewing experience, I've brewed 3 kits so far. For my first non-kit brew, I decided to go with what I'm dubbing a nutella brown ale, using chocolate malt and hazelnut extract. Has anyone out there used a nut extract before? Which part of the process should I add it in? The end of the boil? Fermenter?
