hazelnut brown or otherwise?

In my brewing experience, I've brewed 3 kits so far. For my first non-kit brew, I decided to go with what I'm dubbing a nutella brown ale, using chocolate malt and hazelnut extract. Has anyone out there used a nut extract before? Which part of the process should I add it in? The end of the boil? Fermenter?

Any advice would be awesome! Thanks!
 
I ended up using 3/4 of the bottle at 15 mins left in the boil, then was going to use the last 1/4 at bottling.
