That's what I did for my first brew. So far I'm three days into it and have had a blast. Not sure how its going to turn out but Fermentation is going well . Good luck
I just finished my first brew with a JPA, it was a very interesting experience and I'm starting to think it was one of the more complex ones. I'd like to see what it would take to make a milk stout! Keep us updated on how it goes!
