So life interrupted. Went down into the basement today to find a siphoned Carboy from march 17th that I totally forgot about. My plan was to wash the yeast (wyeast 1056) and store but I forgot. It has been sitting at 66 degrees since then after it went through a three week fermentation on a hefe. Is this still viable and worth trying to wash and reuse? Dump?
