White speckles on side of carboy?

What could these be? The sanitizer I used?

It has been in the primary for 10 days. Now is in the secondary for close to 2 weeks.
 
Carboy was probably at a slight angle as the yeast settled out, so some caught on the surface. I've had it happen in the 5 gal carboys before.
 
Actually it's an irish red ale. It does look really dark. But also in the picture, part of the carboy is covered up. So that is part of the reason.
 
Yeah, don't worry. I think i've had some form of "stuff" on the sides of my carboy with every batch. There shouldn't be any issues....

I think that is the one con about using glass carboys... You get so addicted to looking at them and monitoring them, that you notice every little thing. I do it all the time.. I've learned to let the fermentation do its thing and not to worry (RDWHAHB)
