As a longtime lurker, finally decided to take the plunge and sign up. I'm new to this homebrewing thing -- at least as a solo endeavor. Made some wine with a friend. And brewed some beer with other friends over a decade ago in college. Now, I have my first solo batch of ESB in the primary. And am eyeing cider recipes. Cheers!
