1.0 oz. Amarillo (8%) dry in secondary

1 tsp Irish Moss @ 15

0.75 cup Corn Sugar for bottling

I held the LME until the 15 minute mark of the boil to get the max out of my bittering hops. I also added the honey at flame out so I could retain as much of the flavor and aroma as possible.

The nose on this is amazing. Orange/Tangerine and floral come through with a hint of honey to back it up. The flavor is citrus and spice, but not too sweet and just a hint of alcohol warmth. And the honey comes back in the finish.

This is my house IPA and is a great brew for a big beer with a quick turn around. I'm not very patient and love a beer I can drink young. I usually pop the first one a week after bottling. :D
