Sunday Morning Brewing! Five gallons of Amber Wheat at home in the middle of boil right now, then off to the homebrew club for a group session of 15 gallons of oatmeal stout.
I love making wheat beers but have not done an amber wheat yet. Would you be willing to share your recipe? My brew day got cancelled due to severe winds and cold temp below zero.
5 gallon batch of Dark Knight Sweet Stout for the January tasting/competition at BXBeer Depot
Rye IPA mashing now. Heavy rain and wind 49F. Luckily I have a garage!
