Anyone have an extract recipe for the Great Lakes Edmund Fitzgerald Porter? I know there are recipes all grain but I don't know how to convert these.

here, i converted a 5.5 gallon recipe from the 11 gallon AG batch:

Extract:
6.25 lbs Light DME (or 8 lbs Extra Light LME)

Steep:
0.5 lbs Crystal 60L
0.5 lbs Chocolate Malt
0.5 lbs Special B
0.25 lbs Black Patent

Hops:
1.25 oz Centennial (8.80%) - 60 minutes
0.50 oz Willamette (5.40%) - 15 minutes
0.50 oz Willamette (3.80%) - 5 minutes

Yeast:
WLP007

Holy Crap that was quick!! I was just reading this nice document on converting all grain to extract and figured out to use 8 lb. LME and just half the rest of the grain bill...you beat me to it though!

I do have one other question though. Do I just steep the specialties at 150-155 F? Thanks again!
