Here is a better description of what was made:
I made the published White Russian recipe and watched the video--Kaluha and Vodka and heavy cream.
It was similar to a strong drink, but soft frozen like New York Custard.
It's texture was rich and creamy, yet slightly granular due to alcohol/gelatin.
The fine grains gave a tingle of alcohol and breath of flavor, unlike any other dessert.
One serving, and you get a buzz!
A double batch makes about a half gallon.
I think one could easily substitute Baileys and Jameson for an Ice Cream Car Bomb,
or add fine ground coffee beans, Kaluha, and Jameson for an Irish Coffee Ice Cream.
