In the past, I wanted to brew my own beer.

I started with a small kit from a local place. It came with the essential things to start partial extract brewing. I made a few batches. And they came out OK.

My second batch:

After/during my recent divorce, I haven't really made anymore beer. Now I am looking to a full grain, all electric setup.

I've thought about Blichmann kettles, but at $429 a pop, no way.

Many successful home brewers use "keggles". Which are stainless 15.5 gallon used kegs. I have been searching on CL and fleabay, and the price wanted for the kegs are unreal. I can buy 3 new kegs for the same price. So that's what I'm doing.

This keg is $139.99 + $15 shipping on Amazon.com

Then I plan on polishing all 3 to look like this:

I will report back when the kegs come in.
