There I was, brewing a RYEPA and a black IPA, and I thought back to an article I read about Anchor brewing's small beers. So I said to myself 'Self, lets go for the gusto.' so I used the spent grain from both batches, some leftover DME, some dash of hops, a pinch of yeast and extra love. This is what I came up with...
3# two row
1.5# rye malt
.5 # cara red
.25 # carafa lol
.25# chocolate malt
.5# Carmel 80
1# weizen DME
1# Dark LME
.6 cups peat malt

1/2 oz hallertau
1oz centennial
1oz Willamette

Brewed up a normal batch with the hallertau at 60-30 and the centennial at 30-0. Dry hopping with the Willamette.

O.G is ~.025 or so.

what say you, oh experienced breweres of the internet?
