Any idea for those of us thinking of going all grain 10g at a time?

cheapest setup...vendor..etc

I know I need a minimum of a 14 gallon pot. and one of those 10gal igloo's with false bottom. Am I missing anything?

If you're looking cheap, ditch the false bottom and make a manifold, get a used sanke and convert to a kettle...You can even ditch the 10 gallon igloo and go for a rectangular cooler for cheaper.

A square cooler is usually cheaper than a round one. HTH.

Edit: Woops, got beat on that. :)

If you don't already have them, turkey fryer burner and immersion chiller.

Probably want to build a CFC, an IC for 10gal batches will probably be expensive (I would think you need a 50' coil). Bobby_M's CFC tutorial shows you how to build a relatively cheap one.
