I just picked up this book and I was disapointed to see that all of the recipes in the book are extract ones. Does anyone have All-Grain versions of these recipes?

Look at Palmer's How to Brew, he has methods for converting extract recipes to all grain...I think that Joy of HomeBrewing too.

I guess that's why it's titled Extreme! :D

Bummer. I feel your pain. I'd send it back.

There was talk online (rumor/speculation...who knows) about a future edition including AG recipes but I would take Trappist Artist's advice in the meantime.
