I wanna Make a Vanilla Cream Ale.. I am in the process of putting one together with Beer Tools Pro.. But I was still wondering if anyone had a good Recipe for one that they did?

Also if anyone could recomment weather or not Extract Vanilla or using Vanilla Beans would be better.

Cheesefood's Vanilla Caramel Cream Ale? That one is famous around here. I made a partial mash version of that which was pretty good. As far as extract goes, I don't think it makes much difference if you have good extract. You DO NOT want the artificial vanilla as it just doesn't give the wonderful flavor. If you have some good mexican vanilla beans, I might prefer to use that, but the extract for me was just easier. Also, be aware that extract comes in 8-16 oz bottles that are MUCH cheaper that the little 1 oz bottles per unit volume.

Thanks I will Be Making one Here in the Unpcoming weeks!

If anyone else has a recipie o Suggestions Please Post em!
The more the Better!!
