I'm only on about batch 6 now but I've read countless threads here and a few books but I still have a nagging question and I'm sure I overlooked it at some point but some guidance would be appreciated.
I refrigerated my first batch after 3 weeks, some flavors were a bit harsh thanks to n00b mistakes... Will flavors mellow during conditioning even in the fridge or does the bulk of the flavor conditioning happen at room temp?
