Hi, I'm looking for a strong and high IBU ipa brew recipe. Along the lines of the Sierra nevadas hoptimum , or hoptoligist. 100+ IBU.. A real hop head beer .. Any ideas?

Why not try a Pliny or DFH 120 clone? There are tons of really accurate recipes for those here on the forum.

This is one I just brewed and it came out great--nice resiny hop flavor, with some subtle malt characteristics. ABV in north of 9% (if I remember right) with well over 100 (theoretical) IBUs.

2 lb Munich Malt
.75 lbs Cara-Pils
