Bottle day with pictures. 4 - 1 quart bottles. I also bottled 4 - 24 oz and 2 - 12 oz bottles of root beer from Zatarain's extract. I also added 1000 mg of 100% pure USP pharma grade powdered caffeine to the root beer and ale. Each quart of ale contains about 2 and a 1/2 cups of coffee worth of caffeine. The 12 oz and 24 oz root beers contain about 100 mg and 200 mg of caffeinie respectively.

I will brew again immediately. I have light DME, cascade and chinook hops with safale 05 yeast.
