was a success! :rockin: I went with the Summer Wheat kit from Austin Homebrew, got it on sale for $20 with yeast. I'll be looking into a larger pot and a better mash paddle soon, other than that everything worked great, total time including clean up was 5 1/2 hours, I came in at just under 80% efficiency.

Very interesting wort color, assume that is because of the amount of wheat?

I thought so too. I had a near boil-over that pulled a lot of hop particles out of the hop bag into the wort giving it a green tint, it's since mellowed out to a more yellow color, looks like cream of wheat.

Welcome back, that looks great! Now that summer is almost over and you have a Summer Wheat, maybe you should think about a fall style. This year instead of 2019!
