This recipe is for a full boil I think I used 6.5 gals for my boil.
4 lbs 8.0 oz Dark Dry Extract (17.5 SRM) Dry Extract 45.0 %
3 lbs Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain 30.0 %
1 lbs Caramel/Crystal Malt - 90L (90.0 SRM) Grain 10.0 %
8.0 oz Chocolate Malt (350.0 SRM) Grain 5.0 %
8.0 oz Munich Malt - 10L (10.0 SRM) Grain 5.0 %
4.0 oz Black (Patent) Malt (500.0 SRM) Grain 2.5 %
4.0 oz Roasted Barley (300.0 SRM) Grain 2.5 %
1.00 oz Goldings, East Kent [5.00%] (60 min) Hops 16.3IBU

I bottled this batch on 5/6/07 and have not tasted the final product yet, but so far it tastes awesome!. I will update when I taste it in a few weeks.
