hop aroma after bottling... questions

Hello HBT think-tank. I just bottled ten gallons of a heavily hopped american amber. It got 8 ounces dry hopped and smells/tastes great. It is my understanding that some of that delicious aroma does disappear after bottling. Is it possible to quantify the loss of aroma? How long before it just loses it's aroma all together? thanks:mug:
 
Quite recently there was the same question answered in byo magazine. They said yes it does fade away so you should drink them up fast in a nut shell
