This is unquestionably my most satisfying result so far in home brewing. There are no off flavors, the beer is slightly dry, crisp, soft bite, no sourness, it is just great. I can taste and enjoy all of the flavors of this delicate brew.

Did you do a side-by-side taste test with Red Stripe? I'm interested in brewing this one but was wondering if there was anything you would change.
 
That tiny amount of carahell added a ton of flavor. This came out pleasantly malty despite low mash temps and hitting the target final gravity. Great beer and glad I made 12 gallons.
