Brew day from leftovers?

I have almost enough ingredients for a 5 gallon batch if they will go together.
I have:
3 lbs Muntons plain wheat DME
3 lbs Bries pilson light DME
8 ounces caramel 120L
1/2 oz. Mt Hood
Choice of yeast either Safbrew WB-06 or Safale S-04
I would need to pick up some more hops but does this look like I can work up a brew from here?
 
I guess I figured it out.
Skip the caramel, use the WB06 and pick up more Mt. hood or some Hallertau and I have a pretty good Hefeweizen :)
