Wood Aged Beer in the Washington Post. Nice piece. There have been several good beer articles in major food sections of late. Craft brewing is getting some attention.

I didn't realize that Dogfish head had 10,000gal wood aging vats. That's just cool.

I just had a Palo Santo Marron from dogfish a few days ago. It taste very similar to the indian brown ale. It is a little darker and thicker and definantly taste like it is a 12% beer.
