I brewed my amber ale on Saturday. Last night it was in my way when I was going to bottle and brew, so I moved it all of 20 feet to a closet in my room.

I go back to it two hours later and the kreusen was gone. This morning I get up and it is still not reformed, but the airlock is still active.

Now, I worry a LOT less than most people here, but I was wondering what people's experiences with this are.

Thanks!

It'll be fine. I've had some krausens never even appear. I've had krausens take over my workshop (wit yeast) and not surrender for a week. Depends on the yeast.

As long as you have visible fermentation and your gravity is going down, you're fine.

I've had krausens fall long before the ferment is done & I've had a couple that stick around after the bubbles stop.
