i realize this is a mish mash of hops but lemme know. this is for a pale ale, maris otter base, .75lbs honey malt. just a little crystal 20 and 40. going for a honey citrus thing.
60min 1oz centennial
15min cascade THEN the interesting part...
along with the 1oz cascade at 15min i'm thinking to mix 1oz each of ahtanum and amarillo and dropping 3.75 grams of the mix in for every minute after that. along with another 1oz of sorachi ace at the 5min mark.
i've got some more sorachi ace and EKG leftovers from previous batches i'm thinking about dry hopping with. what do you think?
