I am making a knock off of EdWorts Haus Ale and would like to dry hop just a small amount (maybe 1/4 ounce). Obviously I am looking for more of a hoppy version of Ed's recipe, not a clone. I have the following hops to choose:

Simcoe, Anthum, Galena, Willimette

I could change up the bittering and aroma hops with one of the above choices if someone has a suggestion.

Here is the recipe:

Type: All Grain
Batch Size: 6.00 gal
Boil Size: 7.14 gal Asst Brewer:
Boil Time: 60 min
Brewhouse Efficiency: 70.00
