There aren't any pathogens in there that can make you sick. It's probably a lacto infection if it's sour and not vinegar-y. You've made yourself a one-of-a-kind Farmhouse ale!

That's a nice bit of buffer to have in the process. I can never enjoy an infection. edit: not sure how often a "good" infection happens by accident.
