nice. i hope to make a batch of jaom soon. or maybe malkores. but, defintly a batch of grape mead. got any pics?

Put a 4 gall Joe's down on 14th, followed it with 2 gall Malkore's on 16th. Malkore's is going gangbusters presently, probably 'cause I used 71B - can't get the designers yeast here unfortunately, but it's looking a whole lot more promising then my last attempt.

I made an Ancient Orange Mead label the last batch, but a friend insisted on calling it Agent Orange Mead, so I had to make a label for that.

I also made a JAOM awhile back just a one gallon batch. How long do you think I need to age this in the gallon jug before I bottle?

At least until it is crystal clear Brew-boy, but at the 3 month or so mark it will really start getting better.
