Introducing...

Hi! My name is Michael and I live in Central Texas.
I've been brewing a little over a year now and am trying to expand my understanding.

I posted a question before introducing myself (bad forum ettiquette I know). That was about raspberry beer, turned out great but after about two months the raspberry flavor subsided, it ended up as a blond ale with raspberry seed aftertaste, not terrible.

Anyway, I'm excited to be a part of the community.
