So today started with the president speech, Right after headed to the LHBS.
Picked up 2 Three Gallon Carboys, and a ton of supplies about $200 worth.
Picked up the supplies for two 2.5 gallon AG batches.
Stoked to do my first AG batch headed to the first class back in school.
After class, I decided to bottle the brown and the honey pale ale, and to brew on the of the AG batches. I think that might have been a bit bigger bite then i was hoping to take.
With a ton of help from my friend till his girlfriend called him away. I got everything done in 5 hours.
I did not use enough water for as much got lost in the Mash tun, and lost some in the boil off, a little over 2 gallons was safely placed in the new carboy, and off for its happy time alone for a while.
After cleaning everything twice and poring every fluid that you use to beer on the kitchen floor, I desided it was time to kick my feet up... The only problem all my beer money is tied up in non-finished beer. Oh well soon I will have 10 gallons ready to be drank LOL
