Okay, this might be a really silly question, but I will ask it anyway.

Should I be concerned with the temperature on the vinyl siphon tubing when transferring the hot wort from the mash tun to the boil kettle?

Does everyone else use something other then vinyl tubing? If so, what do you use?

it will get pretty soft/flimsy, so you wanna make sure its on tight so it doesn't slide off.
but otherwise, its perfectly fine.
 
OK. Thanks. That is what I thought, but I just wanted to make sure that there wasn't any issues with using vinyl tubing.
