My mother in law picked up a decent kegerator for me at a garage sale for $20. It was worth it 5X over just for the co2 tank and regulator it came with.
It's not a pretty site, but I already have a nice converted Sanyo upstairs, so the plan is to use this as a lagerator/basement kegerator.
It seems to power on alright, but the door is warped. Here are some pictures:
I tried bending the door back with no luck. I'm thinking I'll try to build a new door. Maybe a wood frame with rigid foam insulation. Does this seem like a good approach? Any other ideas?
