I dry hopped without a bag.....yeah yeah I know. I learned my lesson.Next time I will use a bag or maybe get that herb ball.

My question is what do I do? I got probably 3 or 4 gallons left in the keg. I have to raise the pressure to about 25 psi to get it to flow beer.

Should I just leave it at 25 psi til I drink the rest of the keg? or what?

You could release the pressure, pull out the "out" diptube and unclog it. That's what I'd do. You may want to put a sanitized hops bag around the dip tube, just to keep more hops from clogging it up again.
