Hey all!
I'm not sure what the usual order of operations is, but I haven't actually made any beer yet. However, my roommates and I are halfway through fermenting our second batch of all-grain moonshine and it tastes so much like beer right now that I'm eager to try my hand at the real thing. Next step: hefeweizen (my favourite).
