For those hill country dwellers who still dont know, there is finally a brewpub in San Marcos! We are brewing belgian style ales, bottled, corked, and aged 3 months. Following the style as close as possible, using belgian yeast, european malts, and noble hops, with a local touch coming from the unfiltered waters of edwards aquifer.
