I went ahead and made a batch of AHS DC Stout with a lil raspberry flavoring thrown in. It sat in the primary for close to 3 weeks, and has been kegged for the past 2 weeks. I went out to the LHBS today to pick up some badly needed kegging parts so I could at least get the kegs on gas and pouring via cobra tap. My first pulls of this brew were of course all foam (but it was neat to watch it cascade to half a glass of beer)
Now that Ive let it chill a bit, it pours nicely and tastes pretty decent. Im sure a little more aging will do this beer wonders, but it is reminiscent of this imperial stout I had last night. (Little more sharp and bitter)

Still VERY tasty though! I need to hurry up and keg a couple other batches now to get them a aging!
