So , I realize this is wrong time of the year to post this. I was on vacation in Kentucky over the 4th holiday, pretty rainy, so there was a couple of trips to the liquor store. This one store had a few cases of of this ale for $2 for a big bomber size bottle. I picked one up and am just now drinking it.
I love a good pumpkin ale and this is no doubt from last year. With that, I have to say it may be one of the best pumpkin ales I've ever had. The pumpkin comes through very nicely, but they have nailed the spice package. It's well balanced and just a really good drinking beer.
According to the info on the bottle, it's made with barley, hops and pumpkins, grown on their own farm. In any case, it's damn good.
Just thought I'd share.
