Hey I've been playing around on beersmith for things I could try for my next brew. I want to do an IPA so I've been thinking about the different ones that I particularly enjoy which includes: Caldera IPA, and Broken Halo. I am only doing extract so far but this is something I think could be interesting. Please critique!

8lb Amber Liquid Extract, 60 min
1lb Sugar,20min
Simcoe,60 min
Amarillo, 20 min
Cascade, 15 min
Amarillo, 10 min
Cascade, 5 min

Yeast: Northwest Ale, Wyeast Labs #1332

And perhaps some DH of some sort?
 
And this is for a 5 gallon batch I presume? What kind of sugar, table sugar or dextrose?
