hey everyone,
just finished brewing a delerium tremons clone today and i'm trying to work out my efficiency. problem is, this is my first recipe where i have added sugar (candi) to the boil. how do i take that into account when doing the calculations by hand? the hydrometer measurement is taken after the boiled wort is cooled, so the sugar is in there boosting my numbers. any help?
