Just brewed an Oktoberfest but left out 2 lbs. of vienna. I know OG will be skewed, final ABV also. That's fine, lower alcohol, understand. What effect on taste/ body should i expect?? Broke my hydrometer, so i don't know OG, but have been hitting 70-75% efficiency.

that's too bad. vienna is probably my favorite malt. it has a nice, subtle malty flavor similar to munich but not as heavy or sweet.

that recipe still looks tasty though.
