Hey everyone,
I just got into home brewing. I already did an extract Hefe and a Belgium White.
The Hefe I premiered at a super bowl party. Everyone could not believe i made the beer. Even non beer drinkers were enjoying it. (I think it turned out good but was a little too dark in color).
Tomorrow I am going to try the White I made 4 weeks ago. It fermented in my primary for 2 weeks and now bottle conditioned for 2 weeks.
Now I'm looking into going all grain. I guess you can say that I cought the bug.
