Building 4 keg kegerator

I am curently in the process of trying to build a 4 keg kegerator out of a chest freezer. I am not 100% sure of the equipment that I need as far as seting up the kegs goes. I understand that I need CO2, CO2 regulator, 4 way air manifold, taps, shanks, gaslines and beer lines. What I am looking for is sugestions on which parts and how much.
 
You will also need an external temperature controller, like a Ranco ETC-111000 Digital Cold Temperature Control.

I am just worried about not having th right disconnects and crap for the air and liquid side. is there a specific list. That is a great blog and I will defently be using the hell out of it
