Well, so far I have only brewed a Red Ale from an ingredient kit, and then I brewed up a wheat beer that was going to be similar to Sierra Nevada but the home brew shop didn't have all the ingredients and had to make some substitutions. Red ale should be ready to drink this weekend and the wheat beer ready to be bottled.
