Hello, I am Eric and hail from the northwest suburbs of Chicago. Just got into home brewing recently and have brewed up two batches so far and can't wait to taste them.
Well, so far I have only brewed a Red Ale from an ingredient kit, and then I brewed up a wheat beer that was going to be similar to Sierra Nevada but the home brew shop didn't have all the ingredients and had to make some substitutions. Red ale should be ready to drink this weekend and the wheat beer ready to be bottled.Welcome to the forum... what did you brew?
