First time brewing a lager. How's this look?

It looks good. I prefer a simpler grist bill and use 97% Vienna and 3% CaraHell.
 
My favorite Vienna lager is 100% vienna malt (double decoction). I'd simplify quite a bit for the best flavor, and use all Vienna malt instead of pilsner and Munich malts in the base.
 
Thanks for the suggestions - I took them to heart and modified the grist to

1 lbs Pilsner (2 Row) Ger (2.0 SRM) Grain
6 lbs 8 oz Vienna Malt (3.5 SRM) Grain
2 lbs Munich Malt - 20L (20.0 SRM) Grain
4.0 oz Melanoiden Malt (20.0 SRM) Grain

Color may be a little light without the carafa III. The 90 minute boil should help darken it up.
