so i have never had this problem before...i bottled my 7 grain pale ale 28 days ago and it is still way to foamy and rushes out when opened as if it is not carbonated enough but the beer has plenty of bubbles. usually at 25-28 days my beer is perfect...any thoughts

Did you keg or bottle it? Maybe you used to much priming sugar if you bottled.
OP said they bottled. I would bet that sugar settled in the bottling bucket. Try a brew from the other end and see if its under carbed. This always gets me!!!!!!

I used 1/4 cup bottlin sugar for every gallon..it was 5 gallons so I used 1 1/4 cup sugar..same as always...i tried a bottle from the other end and it was the same thing..acting like co2 hasn't dissolved into the beer and causes a lot of foam when popped open

Wow- that's way too much sugar. Usually, most people use 1 ounce by weight per gallon, or about 3/4 cup for 5 gallons.

Chill them down, for at least 48 hours, before opening and maybe that will help.

1-1/4 cups seems a little high but how long were the bottles in the fridge for?

If less than a few days that could be the reason however; I bet if you give them about a week in the fridge they will pour much better
