Tasting Notes
Amazing amount of flavor from non lagered pilsen. Really interesting.
10 lbs 2 row
2 lbs pilsen
2 lbs crystal 80L

1 oz Hallertaur 60 min

Nottingham dry yeast

Mash at 151F for 45 minutes.

I had experimented with pilsen malt in ales before with success, but this one really showcases the pilsen in contrast to the crystal.

First sip was really a complex and unexpected flavor.

I wanted to share because I have never had a beer that tastes like this. Wonderful flavor.

Definite keeper.
