So I was trying to make a standard blonde ale with 3lb of raspberry added late for flavor and I think I messed it up pretty bad. Instead of racking to secondary after a few days of primary I just threw the Berries(sanitized) into the bucket and let it go for 3 more days. I now know this is a no no, so I racked through the new krausen into a 5 gallon carboy, added gelatin, and put it in my basement(~45F) overnight.
So while racking I took gravity(1.0014) and tasted it and its pretty much spot on for what I want.
So my question is, if I keg after a day or two in the basement, will most of the yeast settle out and stay inactive enough to keep the beer as is? Or am I basically screwed because I have no filter.
Thanks
